    I was just wondering if anyone had any insight on this. My family and I are planning on overtaking a family restaurant within the next 5-10 months. The vast majority of my family is women. But most "small business loans" are for new start up

    This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but, I think you are taking over an established business, as in, someone in your family or all of you are taking over legal ownership of the restaurant...you could go to a regular bank in your area and

    I want to make things on my own and sell them, and maybe if it takes off good hire a seemstress ect... but I need money to buy the materials and tools to make the stuff, basically I need a small business loan or a grant that I would not have to pay back

    Women's Business Center opens in Boise

    Until this year, Idaho was the only state that didn’t have a Women’s Business Center supported by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

    The Women’s Business Center at 1607 W. Jefferson St, in Boise’s North End, opened in January. It serves Ada, Canyon, Gem, Elmore and Payette counties.

    Center manager Sheila Spangler says it will help women, and men, start and expand their businesses through counseling, education and assistance in business planning, cash flow analysis, marketing, loan packaging, lender referrals and networking.
