Can someone answer a question about home foreclosure websites?

My husband and I have been wanting to purchase a home. I've saw these foreclosure websites. You have to pay a fee to join and receive listings. I was wondering if they are worth it? Do you receive up to date listings? What has your over all experiences
Why not let a realtor do all this for you?
You don't pay the fee - the seller does.

I am looking to move out of a condo and into either a house or bigger condo/townhome. The only way I can probably do this is to buy a foreclosure property? Any good websites or places on the web where I can research this in my area?

Call a local real estate agent. They will help you find a forclosure. Some agents work only with forclosures.
Here's a site that lists addresses free, but you have to pay for more info.

Internet Marketing for Real Estate Expert, Ryan Bush, to Speak at Foreclosure ...
18.05.12
Jacksonville, Florida (PRWEB) April 20, 2012
Internet marketing for real estate is something that some property investors and agents struggle to learn. For the past 10 years, Internet marketing had been mostly under the radar apart from self-proclaimed Guru’s selling training courses and e-books to amateur marketers. Ryan Bush, real estate marketing specialist, found success with Internet marketing in 2006 and this achievement led to starting a successful real estate investment company. Ryan is now teaching Internet marketing to new and established real estate investors and agents. The Florida Foreclosure Convention in Boca Raton has invited Ryan to speak on Sunday April 22, 2012. The same Internet marketing for real estate strategies that Ryan uses for his own company will be presented at the convention.
