Does anyone know where a checklist is of things to do to get land ready for a mobile home in South Arkansas?

too see if the land is suitable for a mobile/manufactured home? what about a permanent foundation? the best way to do a permanent foundation? steps to follow before buying the land and after before purchase of mobile home?
Call zoning for a list of requirements in that county; check with a local sales agent for suggestions on the other things that aren't required but will make installation work better.
Offhand, I'd suggest water and sewer hookups as being

I purchased my first home and I'm moving in on Friday. Does anyone know of any good sites that have lists or checklist of everything I will need. I'm trying to show this week so I'm prepared... ex. fire extinguisher, garbage cans, lawn mower, towels.....etc....
