Where Can I Attend First Time Home Buyers Program!?
Sep 14, 2009 by MIMI | Posted in Renting & Real Estate
I am currentlyrenting a 2br/2bth apt for $1180 month. That could be a mortgage. I am seriously considering buying a Townhouse or Condo late next year. But I don't know where to start. Please guide me.
Call your city's Housing Authority or office of urban development, or whatever it may be called in your area. It's the same agency that determines eligibility for section 8 status and many of them also run homeless assistance programs as well.
