Hi my wife recently took out a title loan at loan max title loans in hudson wisconsin and i was wondering my wife recently lost her job last week and doesnt have money to pay them back right now and there threatning to take our only car. yet its illegal

today i checked it out, they will give me 1500 at 12 percent, this sounds super low for a title loan, whats the catch? Was also offered 10 percent at another place. I dont need the dont do it people, i have money and can make payments, doing this to
I suspect the 12% is per month or 144% APR.
You didn't say what is the term of the loan. If it is for 12 months at 12% monthly with monthly payments of $194 per month, that is 88% APR.
