Were currently getting ready to close on our home and we were wanting to include in our mortgage loan cost for home improvements what's the correct terminology for that. How do we go about asking for that and having one payment. Is that even possible.

I recently took an application for a loan with my mortgage firm and the man claimed that he was a foreign national. I have heard of this terminology before but have no idea what it means.
A foreign national is a person with citizenship in another country, but living in the country to which they're referring to ( this case, the U.S.A.).
The rights of these people are nearly the same as citizens, except for certain citizenry ones,
