    Hdfc is not only the single bank who gives a loan for home renovation but almost most of the banks provides a loans for home renovation.I think you should compare home loan rate first.

    Is anyone offering Fannie Mae Homepath or Homepath Renovation Loans on attached condos in Florida?

    Ive looked at Flagstar and one other bank and neither one offers Homepath on attached condos on Florida. However, that doesnt make sense to me that Fannie Mae can put right on their Homepath.com website all these condos with their LOGO that says you can

    I'm looking into getting a loan on either program, but I was told that I couldn't add closing cost charges to the HomePath Renovation loan. Is this true? and is this true for the FHA 203k loan as well?

    You can't add it to any loan, the loan is for the house only.
