I would probably say your best bet it to get ahold of health and human services and see what kind of assistance you qualify for.

I have a health problem so I went to the doctor for it. My bill is now $5000.00 and they are not done testing me yet. I can't afford these tests and I have no health insurance. My health issue is known to be fatal and can cause other health problems,

Medical marijuana takes a big hit due to new Montana law

The number of people carrying medical marijuana cards in Montana has dropped by two-thirds from this time last year.
Last year's action by the Montana Legislature is being both blamed and credited for the decline.
One of the people directly affected by the legislative efforts is Grant Grenfell of Black Eagle, who was serving more than 20 medical marijuana patients as a provider until last year, when he says Senate Bill 423 forced him to stop.
Grenfell explained, "Because of a fine that I have on my record, it's keeping me from being a provider. I don't know a lot of people that have just a perfect record. Even good people make mistakes."
