    I have always used Domania.com to find out the sales prices of homes dating back to 1987.

    Hwvr, it will now not recognize me -- and it won't let me sign up as a new person, either!! It is messed up!

    It does not appear to be over priced, the other houses in the area are selling for 180k. I can't tell if they also have full basements, but if they are without that would price this home even higher.

    Hello, I was looking to see if anyone knows what the cost of Freon would be per pound. I just called a tech and he said it would be 79.99$ for him just to come out here and 62.00$ per pound of freon. Does that sound correct? or should I just look elsewhere.
