I just got a new Platinum Visa credit card a month ago, and in very large bold font in the letters they sent me, it said:
"NO ANNUAL FEE!:
Alas, this month I find an annual fee on my account!!!
What website, phone number can

You did not take the time to read the rest of the terms and conditions. Better read that before you go making a fool of yourself.

But, if you still want to complain, you complain to the attorney general.

Does anyone know anything about CreditOne and their credit cards? Are they a good company to go through because I've never really heard of them?

Are Capitalone Bank and Creditone Bank affiliated?

Everything from there logo to the online banking seems the same.
I just got a new card with Creditone Bank,but I've been with Capitalone for awhile.
Just asking so I can compare the two banks and assume if there affiliated there customer
