    Legally no. Realistically if you want the card you had better give it to them. If you refuse, they will refuse your credit card. It's not fair, but it is life. It will soon be your national ID number anyway.

    im sick of sending money order through mail, i feel annoy by this. i realize my scotiabank offers prepaid credit card, so

    My suggestion is to go to WalMart. For $8.95 you can buy a refillable card and they do not charge to refill. No minimum. Can't beat the price. No credit application. Just bring the cash to deposit into the card and for their fee. Can't beat it

    Received pre-approved offer in mail for Chase Visa Platinum credit card, applied online using offer code and received email response after submitted:

    "We will notify you of your approval status in 30 days by U.S. Mail...etc."

    I had a similar experience with Washington Mutual. They said that a credit card application could be approved in as little as 30 seconds. However, when I applied they told me that a decision would be sent in the mail. I thought it meant I was declined,
