I have my home mortgaged through Washington Mutual Bank- and I can't believe the nightmare that we are going through with them- our home will soon be foreclosed on.
My husband uses Wamu and doesn't mind them, but I will not use Wamu. Their wait times inside the bank are horrible, they make you jump through hoops to edit your account information, and the branches have shorter open hours than I am used to with better
