Washington Mutual online banking users? How do you re-order checks online? FAQ says you can
Aug 10, 2008 by Stephanie | Posted in Personal Finance
I'm on the washington mutual website and I can't find where you reorder checks through their website. I went to FAQ and it says of course you can, but offers no information as to where you would do so.
well, i wrote the help desk and they got back
I'm glad you answered your own question. I don't know any banks that don't charge for checks.
I find that sometimes the telephone works better then the web sites if you want a quick answer.

Online Banking with Washington Mutual?
Dec 04, 2006 by a1nos | Posted in Personal Finance
I've used Washington Mutual as my bank for over 5 years, but lately, I've been thinking of using their online bill-paying services. Does anyone else use them also? How reliable is the service? Have you had any problems? What about online security? Does
I have used Wamu for a year now, and my g/f has been using them for much longer. We both do online Bill Pay and the service is convenient, efficient, and best of all, free. Some other banks charge a monthly fee for the service (e.g. Wells Fargo).

Sale of Seattle Office Building Suggests Market Pickup

Investors priced out of trophy office properties in New York and Washington, D.C. are now often looking for top-tier buildings in cities like Seattle and Houston.
One recent deal that drove home that point: the sale of the Russell Investments Center in Seattle by Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. for $480 million. Thats more than four times the $115 million that the 42-story property fetched in 2009. The yield was under 5%, according to people familiar with the deal.
If we continue to get good news on the economic front and the commercial mortgage-backed securities keep coming back you could see us going to the next notch (of cities) as well, says Dan Fasulo, managing director of Real Capital Analytics , a real-estate research firm. The return of liquidity to cities is important for a broader recovery of the commercial real-estate market.
